So one of my yearly New Year’s resolutions is to do Yoga. I’ve had this on my list forever and finally I decided this was going to be the year. I bought a cute Yoga mat and started going twice a week. This was huge for me! And then I got sick…got out of the routine…you know, blah, blah, blah, excuse after excuse:) So, it’s been like a month since my last class. So pathetic! My husband even moved my Yoga mat to the closet since it wasn’t being used. So, I finally decided to get off my butt and get to the 6am class this morning. Yes..6 am!! I set my alarm for 5:30am. Of course when I know I have to wake up early, I sleep horribly. But I did it~ No excuses. It felt really good and now it is over for the day:) So, should I put the mat away for a while or commit to going again later this week. I would love to know if any of you do Yoga and what it does for you. Share your thoughts~ Cheer me on ladies….
