These is the best vegetable dish ever!! If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat broccoli, you need to make this recipe~
A couple big bundles of broccoli chopped into small pieces
1 ½ cups shredded low fat mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
Touch of salt and pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl. Add more or less of above ingredients to form small patties. You do not want it too dry.
With hands form small patties and lay on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
