I always feel better when I take some time every day to focus on my intentions and gratitude. It just sets the tone for my day. When I am super crazy and life seems out of control, this is when I need it the most. Even if you can carve out like 5-10 minutes and turn off your computer or put your phone away, you will feel so much better. Technology can definitely clutter your mind and it’s hard to focus on gratitude and mindfulness when your head is constantly buzzing:)
