I am a professional Life Coach and received my certification from Coach Training Alliance. I have a degree in psychology and was steered toward coaching because of the proactive approach to making life changes. I grew up and now reside in Colorado with my family. I feel that I connect with clients so personally because I am able to share my own life experiences and insights. Because coaching is primarily conducted over the phone I am able to work with clients all over the country. I have a way of making each client feel extremely comfortable and secure when making life changes. I listen and support you 100%. My passion is helping one person at a time create the life they were meant to live! I am the host of Life Simplified- a weekly webshow on MomTV where I am seen by women all over the country. I appear regularly on FOX31 Good Day Colorado. I am an author of the best-selling book Life Simplified~ A weekly guide to creating a life you love. I am also the lifestyle expert on Modern Day Mom- a television show we are hoping will be aired on national television soon. I also contribute videos to HerChannel.
