Avoid the effects of holiday stress this year!

Healthy Chocolate Smoothie  

1 cup coconut milk, rice, almond or hemp milk
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 banana
1 avocado
3 Tablespoons, rounded, organic cacao powder
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen berries  
Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth

Sweet Potato Hash

1 large sweet potato
1 large beet
2 turnips
1 onion
1 Tbsp. rosemary, minced
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Preheat oven to 400. Chop vegetables into half-inch chunks.  Coat with coconut oil.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread evenly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. After 25 minutes, add garlic, stir, and roast for an additional 10 minutes.

Detox Lettuce Wraps 

6sheets nori or lettuce leaves
1 avocado
¼  cup sauerkraut or kimchee
1 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1 cup sprouts (of choice)
1-2 tablespoons Tahini Dressing (optional)
Lay out the nori or lettuce leaves. Place all the ingredients on each leaf and roll up.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Tahini Dressing for extra flavoring or a dash of cayenne pepper for some heat. Serves 2
