Grapefruit Cellulite Cream

Grapefruit Cellulite Cream

Something I’ve become more and more excited about is making my own self care products. There are so many ways we add toxins to our bodies, from the food we eat to our environment to all the products we put on our skin. As a Holistic Health Coach I am passionate about offering solutions to help you restore balance in your body and optimize your health for the long term. Essential oils ( certified pure and therapeutic grade only) are extremely powerful natural medicine and something I believe everyone should have in their homes. A fun way to start getting these into your home is to make some scrubs and creams to replace the product you buy at the store. These are so much safer, more effective and pure of any synthetics. And so easy and fun to make!!

Who doesn’t want to get rid of a little cellulite on their bodies? Especially us mom’s who through the right of passage of giving birth have a little cellulite here and there. One of my favorite essential oils is grapefruit! It is a natural cleanser and supports health metabolism. And it smells amazing! Grapefruit has also been proven to shrink fat cells which is wonderful. Here is a very simple recipe courtesy of Dr. Axe which I LOVE!!

1/2 cup of organic coconut oil
30 drops of certified pure therapeutic grade grapefruit essential oil
Mason jar

Mix the coconut oil and essential oil and put in mason jar. Rub over troubled areas for 5 minutes daily. Enjoy the results!!

If you are interested in learning more about the essential oils that I use and recommend, please contact me directly at

I also have a special going on through July 31st!! Reach out for the details on how you can get your own essential oils for 25% off retail PLUS a welcome packet worth over $50.

To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself aContinue Reading
